Production Times

Due to each item being individually hand-crafted with care, production times can take up to 4 weeks. Please ensure you place your order with plenty of time, in case it is required for a special event or a specific date.

Payment Terms

Production of the item ordered will begin upon receipt of payment via bank transfer.

Name Specification

When requesting the addition of a name, please ensure that the correct spelling and colour specification is given at the time of placing the order.

There is an additional charge for a name request.

Delivery

Complimentary delivery of your order is included in the price of the piece. At the moment we deliver within Dubai only.

Order Terms

Upon placing your order, payment details will be sent to you. Please complete the payment as soon as possible to avoid any delay in production.

An email confirming all requirements will be sent to you to confirm the details before starting production. After production begins, if any changes are required, a fee will be charged.
